The Parallel Project of providing Vehicle Registration Cards (VRCs) and Driving License Cards (DLCs) for Iraqi citizens through the Ministry of Interior (MOI) is considered one of the largest and most vital projects in Iraq as it requires intensive punctuality and fast performance in issuing these cards. Moreover, it requires neat work regarding the data entry and data linkage to make sure that there are no mistakes and guarantee that there will not be any fraud possibilities in the data or issuance of these cards.

Madar Dijla General Trading & Commercial Agencies Ltd, part of Taha & Partners Group (TPG), in cooperation with TACME provide the traffic police directorate sites in Baghdad and Basra with the cards, laser printers, servers, IT solutions, data management, archiving and even training the staff in charge of the project operations and follow-up.
